Spirulina (Spirulina platensis) is a blue-green microscopic algae, known as one of the most nutritious superfoods in the world. It contains more than 60% high-quality protein, amino acids, vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, E), iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and chlorophyll.
