GoldenPharm® Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Melatonin is a hormone that regulates the circadian rhythm and sleep cycle. The product is suitable for use to improve sleep quality and support falling asleep.

Ingredients
Polydextrose, bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
Usage
- Adults: 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime.
- Duration of use – 30 days.

- Do not use in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
