Dietary supplement for restful sleep and faster falling asleep

Nervostrong® Sleep Formula is a complex dietary supplement that combines plant extracts, melatonin, magnesium, glycine, L-tryptophan and vitamin B6 to support nervous system balance, sleep quality and faster falling asleep.

The formula is especially suitable in cases of stress, nervous tension, anxiety or restless sleep.

• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract – 80 mg

• Valerian root extract – 50 mg

• Lemon balm leaf extract – 100 mg

• Passionflower herb extract – 80 mg

• Hop cone extract – 50 mg

Magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, gelatin, glycine, L-tryptophan, lemon balm leaf extract, ashwagandha root extract, passionflower herb extract, hop cone extract, valerian root extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), colorants E151, E172.

Adults – 1–2 capsules per day, 30–60 minutes before sleep.
Recommended duration of use – 1 month.
In cases of chronic stress or prolonged sleep disturbances, it is recommended to use for 2–3 months.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
A dietary supplement does not replace a complete and balanced diet.
Do not use after the expiry date.
