Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc (zinc gluconate), rutin, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), lutein, bilberry extract, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, colorants: titanium dioxide, cochineal red A, brilliant blue FCF.

Adults – 1 tablet twice a day with meals, with water.
Recommended duration of use – 2 months.

Do not use in case of individual intolerance, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A dietary supplement does not replace a complete and balanced diet.
The colorant cochineal red A may adversely affect children's activity and attention.
