Mumijo (also called "shilajit") is a natural biologically active mineral resin that is formed in the mountains – especially in the Himalayas, Altai and Caucasus – over several millennia from the remains of plants and microorganisms. It contains more than 80 different minerals, humic acids, fulvic acids, amino acids, antioxidants and other biologically active substances.

Ingredients (in 2 tablets):
- 400 mg of purified mumijo
- 12 mg of humic acids
Usage: Adults and children from 14 years old – 1 tablet 1-2 times a day during meals. Course – 1 month (if necessary, up to 2 months).
