How to properly use herbal teas and extracts to improve health

2. Chaga mushroom – for strengthening immunity and general health
Usage:
• Make a tea by pouring 1-2 tablespoons of dried chaga with 500 ml of hot (not boiling) water and let it steep for 4-6 hours or even longer.
• You can also use the powdered extract by adding it to tea or water.

3. Fireweed tea – for respiratory and urinary tract health
Usage:
